professional staff abundant breakfasts vaporetto stop peaceful walks

the staff were consistently professional , and always ready to assist with any requests i had. the breakfasts were abundant , with options catering to various dietary needs. i particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a vaporetto stop directly in front of the building. the proximity to canaregio allowed for peaceful morning walks away from tourist crowds.

immaculate room ideal location helpful recommendations fire alarm stairs use no explanation

The room was beautiful and immaculate. I found the location ideal. Several restaurants and boutiques are just a short walk away (maybe i'll buy something). Mattea at the front desk provided dining recommendations, which i took advantage of.

The fire alarm went off at 2:30 am on my first night. I had to use the stairs to get out of the building from the fifth floor. There was no explanation given, even the next day. (i was expecting something more.)

The hotel boasts fascinating architectural features. The location is ideal, situated on the quieter Cannaregio Canal at a convenient water bus stop. The staff are friendly and kind, providing really good service. I got great recommendations for local restaurants.

The breakfast timing was not ideal, as it started quite late.

Service Hiccups, Pricey Stay

The location were a bit removed from the main tourist crush, I guess.

I ask for sparkling water at breakfast, staff point to the buffet instead to bring it to my table. Like I am expected to serve myself in a so-called five-star joint? The service here clearly not worth the hefty price tag.
